During our journey to learn about making classic and exquisite spirits, the question we found ourselves asking was: where can we seek professional advice on this?

With great effort to learn how to ferment and distill ourselves, especially with the limited training options within Australia, we decided that there is an abundance of industry knowledge that needed sharing.

This was when Drinkmakers Australia was born.

We want to share the knowledge of the basics of brewing and distilling in the best environment available. To do this, we’ve teamed up with the Tasmanian Whisky Academy, New Norfolk Distillery and The Eleventh Order Brewery to provide training to current and future brewers and distillers, whether they are making their first foray into the industry or wanting to expand on the wealth of knowledge they already have.
